Do I get to see a sample before you print my order?

Yes, we offer a pre-production proof for your approval before we begin printing. You can request a digital proof via email, or a physical proof can be mailed to you (additional charges may apply for physical proofs). Production will not begin until we have received your approval of the proof. Please note that we require your design or artwork before we can create a proof.

 

How do I get my T-shirts once they’re printed?

You can pick up your completed order from our location in Lusaka at 1 Katima Mulilo Rd, SunShare Tower. We can also arrange for delivery to you within Lusaka. Please inquire about delivery costs and options when placing your order.

 

Can I add to my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, you can usually add items to your order. However, it’s best to let us know as soon as possible, as adding items may affect production timelines and costs. Once production has begun, it may be difficult or impossible to make changes.

What are your payment terms?

We typically require a 70% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 30% due upon delivery or pickup. We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile money. Contact us if you have any questions about payment options.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
