Due to the custom and personalized nature of many of our products, our returns policy is designed to address specific circumstances while maintaining fairness.
General Policy on Custom and Branded Items
Please note that items that have been custom-printed, embroidered, or otherwise personalized to your specific order cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy applies to all customized apparel, including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, corporate wear, uniforms, sportswear, and safety jackets, once production has commenced or been completed according to your approved specifications. We encourage thorough review of all proofs and specifications prior to production approval.
Exceptions for Defects or Errors
We meticulously inspect all products before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive items that are:
- Defective: Possessing a manufacturing fault or material defect.
- Incorrect: Differing significantly from your approved order specifications (e.g., wrong size, color, or design application not matching the approved proof).
In such instances, we are committed to rectifying the issue.
Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a resolution, any claims regarding defective or incorrect items must be reported to Indigo Prints within [Number] working days of the delivery date. Claims reported outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

- Refund: A refund for the cost of the affected items.
The original items may need to be returned to us for inspection. Specific instructions regarding the return of items will be provided upon validation of your claim.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is required due to a defect or error on the part of Indigo Prints, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping. For any other returns that fall outside the scope of defects or errors (e.g., if agreed upon for non-customized items under special circumstances), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
